Truffles w/o Chocolate


"Rafaello Truffles

7 oz Unsalted Butter

7 oz Powdered Milk

7 oz Confectioner's Sugar

11 oz Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Mix the confectioner's sugar with the butter until you create a paste-like mixture. Then, combine the powdered milk with half of the coconut flakes. Set the remaining coconut flakes aside.  Add powdered milk/coconut mixture to the confectioner's sugar/butter mixture. Make sure all the ingredients are incorporated well together. Refrigerate this mixture for several hours.

After the mixture has chilled, begin forming small balls in your hands. These balls can then be rolled in the remaining coconut flakes.

Refrigerate again for several hours and your truffles are ready to serve.
