The only time we use your personal information for is to provide you with better service. We may also call you occasionally to make sure our handmade chocolate truffles and candies arrived in perfect condition.

Return Policy

Please double-check your order before placing. J’Adore Chocolates allows you to cancel or change your order for 3 hours after it has been placed. After that time our expert chocolate and candy artisans begin making your chocolate truffle or fondant candy order and the order cannot be changed.

J’Adore Chocolates makes sure all of our customers are satisfied. If an order ever arrives damaged we will gladly send out a replacement box of chocolate truffles or fondant candy. Because we work with real chocolate and other high-quality ingredients, we are unable to accept any returns.

Please make sure your mailing address is accurate. Double check on gift recipient addresses as J’Adore Chocolates unfortunately can’t be responsible for incorrect or incomplete address or recipient refusal.
